Began my career in Public Relations and Communications before switching over to the Media as a travel journalist with Malaysia's most read English daily, The Star. Best decision I made - It was a fantastic job indeed! Life's changes brought me to the small tourist town of Taupo, New Zealand, where I promoted the Great Lake Taupo region to the world via the ever changing and dynamic digital space.

 

I am now self-employed as a consultant, providing a wide range of digital marketing services such as website content management, website build for small businesses, social media management, Google Adwords, content writing for websites, articles, blogs or brochures and anything really that clients require. My focus is on helping my clients' businesses grow by reaching and appealing to their target markets.

I founded an e-commerce business Shantihi in 2017, a brand providing quality yoga products that empower people, particularly women, to find strength and heal through the practice of yoga. It is currently only available in the United States of America.

I am also a Yoga Alliance Accredited ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher, currently teaching Yoga Teacher Trainings through Asia Pacific Yoga. I teach several styles of yoga including Astanga (LED and Mysore style), Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. Besides yoga, I am also a certified Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ instructor, a group fitness programme that combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ is taught in 100 countries around the world.
